War to Peace® ~ Effective Conflict Navigation

Become brilliant at dealing with difficult people.

War to Peace® is specifically designed to help people with conflict and relationship difficulty, whilst also having applicability to wider aspects that may be challenging in life.

You may experience War to Peace® in the following ways:

As a one-to-one programme, with its founder, Chloe O’Sullivan, over six weekly sessions.

Virtually in 6 x three-hour sessions over consecutive weeks (max 12 participants), so you would need to be available to participate at designated times and dates, as the content is not recorded to protect participants’ privacy.

In-house (face-to-face or virtual) programmes in your workplace, either as a standalone programme, or as part of a wider leadership or advanced negotiator programme.

If you are keen to start a programme within a week or sooner, we recommend you taking the one-to-one programme or our Mental Fitness Programme.

Our current virtual War to Peace® series is full, so please register your interest to be the first to hear when the next dates are released. These courses book up very quickly and often sell out in advance, so it’s recommended you book as soon as the dates are announced.

Mental Fitness Programme

Achieve Mental Fitness in just 6 weeks

Our Mental Fitness Programme has wide application to all areas of your life and is most beneficial to people who want to experience more ease in their lives,. It works by being proven to build the mental muscles (neural pathways) that are needed to deal with any of life’s challenges. It is a standalone programme that you may start on any given Monday, as it is accessed via daily exercises and weekly videos on an exclusive app. It lasts for 6 weeks and you will have access to all the materials for 12 months.

The Mental Fitness programme is completely aligned with the War to Peace® programme in its approach, so it is offers fantastic support for people who have already completed War to Peace®, and will also be highly beneficial for those who wish to experience it in advance of taking the War to Peace® programme.

It’s also an ideal course to take with family and team members because it is individual and private practice, and you will learn a shared vocabulary, which will greatly aid your interactions with each other.

The Advanced Negotiator Programme

Become a brilliant negotiator

Our Advanced Negotiator Programme consists of both skills training and self-development work. The skills training is in Harvard’s 7 Elements Methodology, which will prepare you in practical terms to conduct your negotiations. The self-development work consists of the War to Peace® methodology and draws on the work of Harvard’s Fisher and Shapiro. This winning combination will prepare you practically AND emotionally for your negotiations. You will know how to anticipate and prepare for both the tactical objections and emotions of the people you will negotiating with.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I start?

If you are keen to start your self-development work as soon as possible, it is recommended that you book onto our one-to-one programme. Otherwise, you would want to consider our Mental Fitness Programme, as this will provide you with a solid foundation for our other programmes. The Mental Fitness Programme itself starts on any given Monday.

We run our open-access War to Peace® programme regularly throughout the year that anyone may attend, and also offer it in-house / virtually at your workplace at times to suit your people. We currently only run our Advanced Negotiator Programme in-house at your workplace, so please contact Chloe to confirm our next availability.

Should we participate as a team?

All of our programmes are well-suited to team participation. Even though the focus of our programmes is individual development, team leaders often call our programmes the best team building experience they have ever had. Going through our programmes together significantly deepens trust, helps clear the air related to recurrent team member conflicts and gives the entire team a common framework for helping each other grow, making decisions, responding to setbacks, and managing conflicting styles and agendas.

Can family members participate together on any of your programmes?

We highly recommend family members taking our Mental Fitness programme together because it is experienced privately (delivered by daily app exercises and weekly videos). By doing it together, it can improve accountability and, more importantly, will give you all a common language. Family members report significant improvements in their relationships when doing this work together.

We generally don’t recommend family members or spouses doing our War to Peace® programme together, especially if the conflict is between those family members.

Why do you charge different prices for the same course?

Our programmes were originally designed for our corporate clients. When they consistently reported the efficacy of the work in their personal lives and wanted their spouses and family members to experience what they had, we decided to make the programmes more widely available. We understand that individuals rarely have the same funds available to them as global corporate organisations, so we offer spaces on our programmes at significantly discounted prices to people who are self-funding and those experiencing financial hardship. We want to make our life-changing programmes available to as many people as possible, without excluding anyone for financial reasons. We trust you to use your integrity when purchasing your places.
