THOUGHT LEADER | SPEAKER | AUTHOR | COACH
Hi there, I’m glad you’re here. Like you, I know from personal experience how tough life can seem when there’s conflict and stress at work or at home.
I work with senior leaders who want to become adept at handling conflict and develop sustainable mental fitness.
When people are mentally fit, they consistently perform well and recover quickly, even when their buttons are pushed. Without this mental agility, they can become encumbered by stress, waste valuable time in paralysis, or react in haste and make rash decisions. This impacts their interactions with all the people around them, both at work and at home.
The senior leaders I work with achieve brilliance at handling difficult people and sustainable mental fitness by using two key platforms. These are the award-winning and revolutionary War to Peace®️ conflict methodology, alongside the Positive Intelligence (PQ) mental fitness work of Stanford Lecturer Shirzad Chamine.
War to Peace®️ has been recommended globally by 100% of its participants, including one of the negotiators who worked with Mandela to end Apartheid. Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a measure of mental fitness. Breakthrough research with 500,000 participants has shown PQ to be the best predictor of both happiness and people’s performance relative to their potential.
This winning combination will prevent the stress you and your senior leaders are experiencing on a day-to-day basis, and enable effective navigation of any conflict, whilst also developing sustainable mental fitness.
Having operated at a senior level in the banking industry for over a decade, I understand the demands on you and your people. There’s the pressure to perform and get results, be an inspirational leader and manage all the additional demands that are made outside the workplace.
If you are interested in knowing how to become skilful at navigating conflict and adversity, whilst developing the mental muscles to calmly handle all of life’s challenges, I’d be delighted to hear from you, so do get in touch with me.
Wishing you my very best,

Founder of War to Peace® and CEO of Halcyon Global
Why I created Halcyon Global
To maximise the impact our work can have on as many people as possible, and to create a lifelong legacy that outlives me as its founder, I created Halcyon Global. It’s my life’s mission to free people from the stress of relationship difficulty, and to develop the mental fitness to thrive, no matter who or what they have to deal with. With this in mind I have spent more than a decade bringing together and training a team of experts who are highly qualified to deliver the work we offer.
What’s behind the name?
Alcyone was a Greek demi-goddess and wife of Ceyx. When Ceyx perished in a shipwreck, Alcyone threw herself into the sea in a fit of grief. Out of compassion, the gods changed them into halcyon birds. When Alcyone made her nest on the beach and waves threatened to destroy it, the gods restrained the winds and made the waves be calm during seven days in each year, so she could lay her eggs. These became known as the “halcyon days”, when storms never occur.
