**We are currently trialing our virtual War to Peace® workshop**

And the feedback so far is excellent!

Why would I sign up for the War to Peace® conflict management workshop?

Participating in the War to Peace®  conflict management workshop offers you the possibility to transform your relationships and daily interactions with anyone you find difficult. It is an intensive and enjoyable programme that has been designed to be engaging and humorous, whilst dealing with a very important topic.

If you participate, you will experience new and easier ways to relate to others that many have reported as life-changing. If you don’t, it is likely you will continue trying everything you have already tried to make your relationships work and you will keep getting the same result.

Over 4,000 people from diverse cultural groups have experienced and recommended War to Peace®, including one of the negotiators who helped Nelson Mandela to end Apartheid.

What is War to Peace®?

Watch this video of Chloe O’Sullivan, Relationship & Conflict Management Expert, speak about what War to Peace® is and what you can gain from it.

How will this conflict management course benefit me?

In this intensive and enjoyable virtual workshop you will experience the whole War to Peace® methodology. This will enable you  to skilfully navigate conflict and adversity whilst achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. Consequently, you will be able to operate with integrity and be extremely effective both at work and at home. And, at the same time, you will grow your emotional intelligence and ability to be authentic.

What are the learning outcomes?

Specifically, you will:

  • Become more effective at navigating conflict, even with the people you find difficult.
  • Recognise the early signs of conflict and choose a different course of action.
  • Develop a clear understanding of your personal style of conflict.
  • Gain insight about your unconscious impact and what this provokes in others.
  • Discover multiple ways to quickly shift your emotional state.
  • Clear away your misconceptions about yourself and others to aid your interactions.
  • Easily figure out where to best focus your efforts during your interactions.
  • Work out what it really means to ‘win’.
  • Join a network of people who understand the frameworks you will learn and can offer you support.

What people report is that they have not only been able to resolve the relationship difficulty they came with, they are experiencing more ease in all of their daily interactions. They also have more clarity and headspace, they are better at preventing conflict and they can more easily resolve any difficulties when they do arise.

Course agenda

We start the virtual programme by creating a safe and humorous learning environment. A framework for the whole programme is shared with you and we begin by exploring all the ways that we unwittingly sabotage our relationships and interactions. As the programme progresses, you will experience and apply each of the 4 parts of the War to Peace® process to your relationship challenges, so that you are able to interact extremely effectively, effortlessly and with integrity going forward.

Virtual course format (more details to come)

The virtual programme is highly participative, with a maximum of 12 participants. Using Zoom as our platform, we make great use of the breakout rooms to facilitate pair and small-group learning, along with lively group discussions. It is run in bite-sized modules, which have been carefully designed to be highly interactive and have maximum impact.

All our participants report that War to Peace® is quite unlike any other conflict resolution course they have taken, many saying it’s the best they’ve ever experienced (see some of our testimonials below). Our virtual participants report delight that rather than instructional teaching, which imparts knowledge and theories, they get to immediately experience the concepts we share, so that they can immediately apply them to their relationship challenges.

We limit our participants to 12 each time to ensure a safe space, which also allows for pair and small-group learning, along with lively group discussions.

Just let us know their name email address and telephone number so that we can ensure they receive the pre-course work and other programme details.
