I will take you through the entire War to Peace® methodology and support you to apply it to specific people whom you find currently difficult to deal with in six powerful one-to-one sessions. You will also get our 6 week Mental Fitness Programme for free, which is delivered by an exclusive app and weekly video. It will greatly support you in achieving your goals, as well as providing you with the mental fitness to better handle all of life’s challenges.

We’ll meet by Zoom or your organisation’s preferred online meeting platform. My schedule is flexible to suit different time zones, so we will choose a time to suit your time zone, no matter where you are located. We will need to use video to support our work together.

You can commence the Mental Fitness Programme on any given Monday and we will schedule our six one-to-one sessions soon after you commence. My recommendation is that we schedule our sessions weekly so you have strong support embedded in the daily realities of your life, though we can also schedule them fortnightly if your current commitments would be compromised with weekly sessions.

I founded the War to Peace® Methodology in 2009 and have shared it with with thousands of people since, with 100% of people recommending it. I am a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC),  have more than 500 hours of one-to-one coaching hours with my clients, and thousands of hours of coaching in group settings. I first trained as a professional coach in 2007 with The Co-Active Training Institute (formerly the Coaches Training Institute). I have subsequently continued my professional training as a coach with multiple professional coach training institutes and have also trained as a systemic coach with CRR global using the ORSC (Organisation, Relationship and Systems Coaching) model. I have also trained and continue to work with Shirzad Chamine, the founder of our Mental Fitness Programme. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and I am governed by their Code of Ethics.

The cost is £3,750 + VAT (£4,500) for 6 x 1 hour one-to-one sessions plus our Mental Fitness Programme for no additional fee.

If you are being funded by a not-for-profit organisation or charity

The cost is £1,500 + VAT (£1,800) for 6 x 1 hour one-to-one sessions plus our Mental Fitness Programme for no additional fee.

If you are self-funding

The cost is £1,200 + VAT (£1,440 ) for 6 x 1 hour one-to-one sessions plus our Mental Fitness Programme for no additional fee.

My work was originally designed for our corporate clients. When people consistently reported its efficacy in their personal lives and wanted their spouses and family members to experience what they had, I decided to make the work more widely available. Individuals rarely have the same funds available to them as global corporate organisations, so we offer our programmes and my one-to-one sessions at significantly discounted prices to people who are self-funding or working for not-for-profit organisations. It’s normal to think “it’s their fault I have this problem!” It often feels that way and it’s important to recognise this if it’s how you’re feeling. And I’m not the right person to work with if you are attached to your complaints and blame. I work with people with an open mind who are willing to seek new possibilities and to see their relationships through a new lens.

It’s important to note that this is also not about blaming yourself. This work is not about transferring judgement from them onto you, or passing blame backwards and forwards. My approach is about the end of fault-finding.
