War to Peace® – Effective Conflict Navigation

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I start?
If you’re eager to begin your self-development journey, the fastest way to get started is with our one-to-one programme, where you’ll work directly with Chloe O’Sullivan over six sessions.
We run our open-access War to Peace® workshops regularly throughout the year, which anyone may attend. War to Peace® is also available as an in-house programme for organisations looking to equip their people with powerful conflict navigation skills.
Our Negotiation Mastery Programme is currently only available as an in-house programme, so please contact Chloe for availability.
Should we participate as a team?
Yes! While War to Peace® is designed for individual transformation, many leaders call it the best team-building experience they’ve ever had.
Going through War to Peace® together helps teams:
- Deepen trust and psychological safety.
- Resolve recurring tensions between colleagues.
- Create a shared language for handling challenges.
- Improve collaboration and decision-making.
If you’re considering bringing War to Peace® to your team, get in touch here.
Can family members participate together?
We generally don’t recommend family members or spouses attending War to Peace® together—especially if the conflict is between them. The process is most effective when experienced individually.
However, War to Peace® often dramatically improves family relationships, even when only one person takes part.
Why do you charge different prices for the same course?
War to Peace® was originally designed for corporate clients, but when participants saw its impact, they wanted their spouses, family members, and friends to experience it too.
We recognise that individuals don’t have the same resources as global organisations, so we offer significantly discounted prices for self-funding individuals and those in not-for-profits.
We trust you to use your integrity when choosing your pricing category.
