Why attend a War to Peace® Conflict Resolution Course?
If you’ve tried everything to improve a difficult relationship – with little success – you’re not alone. Most people approach conflict in ways that actually make things worse.
War to Peace® offers a radically different approach. In just one day, you’ll experience a profound shift in how you see conflict and gain practical tools to transform even your toughest relationships.
With this course: You’ll finally understand what’s really going on in conflict – and what to do about it.
Without this course: You’ll likely keep trying the same things, hoping for different results.
This isn’t just another conflict management course. It’s an engaging, highly experiential day that thousands of people have described as life-changing. Remarkably, since the very first War to Peace® workshop in 2009, 100% of participants have recommended it, including one of the negotiators who helped Nelson Mandela to end Apartheid.
What is War to Peace®?
Watch this video of Chloe O’Sullivan, creator of War to Peace® and Conflict and Relationship Specialist, as she explains what War to Peace® is and how it can transform the way you navigate conflict.
How will this conflict resolution course benefit me?
In this intensive one-day workshop you will experience the full War to Peace® methodology. This will enable you to skilfully navigate conflict and adversity whilst achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. Consequently, you will be able to operate with integrity and be extremely effective, both at work and at home. And, at the same time, you will grow your emotional intelligence.
What are the learning outcomes?
Specifically, you will:
- Learn how to navigate conflict effectively – even with those you find most challenging
- Spot the early warning signs of conflict and shift interactions before they escalate
- Discover your unique conflict style and how it shapes your interactions.
- Uncover your hidden impact on others – and how to transform it into a positive force.
- Learn quick techniques to shift your emotional state, even in the heat of the moment.
- Break free from unhelpful beliefs about yourself and others, unlocking easier communication.
- Focus your energy where it matters most, creating better outcomes with less effort
- Redefine what it means to ‘win’ – achieve results that leave everyone feeling valued.
People report not only resolving the relationship difficulty they came with, they experience more ease in all of their daily interactions. They also have more clarity and headspace, are better at preventing conflict and they can more easily resolve difficulties when they do arise.
So if you would like a profound change for yourself and to stop feeling stuck in the same old ways, go ahead and book now.
Who is this for?
- Anyone struggling with a difficult relationship – at work or at home
- Leaders, managers, HR professionals, and teams dealing with workplace conflict
- People who want to maintain their integrity while being highly effective
- Anyone who feels stuck in the same old patterns and wants a way out
Even if you’re dealing with someone who refuses to change, this course will give you tools to shift the dynamic without them even knowing you’re doing it. War to Peace® provides you with a learnable, repeatable process that enables you to operate highly effectively, whilst maintaining your integrity, no matter how the people around you are behaving.
If that sounds like something you’d welcome, secure your place at the next War to Peace® course today.
