Is your current Operating System unresponsive? Is your picture distorted? Do you find that your connectivity isn’t running as well as it used to? It could be that you are working in myOS Red and an upgrade to myOS Green would be the answer to your problems.

Just like on your mobile phone, you run an internal Operating System, which influences your thoughts, your feelings and your behaviour. If you are finding that your communication is clunky or that your battery runs low very quickly, it could be time to upgrade.

You can keep the hardware you have and the signals you receive will be much less distorted and therefore enable you to run much more efficiently and enjoyably, enabling you to make the most of all of your power.

All by just changing your Operating System and nothing else.

There is a choice of only two Operating Systems that we humans can run: at War (myOS Red) and at Peace (myOS Green). They control the inner workings, which in turn drive behaviour.

Though almost any behaviour is possible using either myOS version, certain actions will feel clunky through an OS that is not suited for it (think running MS Word on a Mac). For example, smiling and making friendly conversation doesn’t tend to run smoothly with the myOS Red, making the user feel out of balance, disconnected and ‘forced’.

Continual operating of myOS Red, can result in the user experiencing tricky mood glitches and is potentially a risk to health.

FAQs

Q. How do I know which myOS I am running?

A. If you are responsive, centred and curious, you take responsibility for the situations and feelings you find yourself in, and you have a clear view of the whole picture, you are most likely at Peace (myOS Green). You will find that your battery lasts well and all programmes run efficiently. No upgrade is required.

If, however,  you feel disempowered, disconnected and out of balance; if you are reactive, angry and find blame for situations or feelings you find yourself in, you are probably at War (myOS Red). MyOS Red is energy sapping and your battery will run low fast. An upgrade to myOS Green is recommended as soon as possible to avoid burnout – and fallout.

Q. I think the problem is with my wife’s/colleague’s/mother-in-law’s myOS, not mine – how can I make them change?

A. You can only ever change your own Operating System. If you are running the latest version of myOS Green, you will find interfacing with others much more efficient and enjoyable whichever myOS they are running. If you are experiencing persistent problems with interface, check your own version of myOS – it may be that it has defaulted to myOS Red.

Q. How can I upgrade from myOS Red to myOS Green?

A. First, it is necessary to recognise that you are at War and running myOS Red. Reading the other posts on this blog will give you lots of ideas to help you to upgrade and if you would like the most effective upgrade process, attending a War to Peace workshop comes highly recommended.
